Transformative Relational Consultation & Training (TRCT) was created in 2022 to respond to the growing need for support in integrating relational practice into organisations and agencies. Focused on the actions and structures which support relational practice, TRCT emphasises the role of individuals (the Self) and connections between Self and other in interaction, focused on helping individuals achieve their goals.
Relational practice is different from the old, traditional focus on ‘relationship-based’ practice in that it focuses on the characteristics of the in-between (the relationship) between self and other and the context within which interactions occur.
TRCT brings cutting edge knowledge and practice to the consultation and training it offers. We believe that effective consultation and integrated training is transformative – helping everyone move into today’s best practices.
